How do I return an item?
ShopByUs will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
We will NOT accept returns on used items. Items need to be in the exact
same condition as they were received. Unacceptable returns will be subject
to a fee shipping it back to the customer.
1- Call or E-mail us to ask for a Return Authorization and Return
Shipping Address.
2- Include details of the return and how you would like for us
to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc).
ShopByUs is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 1 to 2 business days from when items are received for us to process
the refund. The amount to be refunded will be the cost of the item and will not include shipping charges. if the was shipped with a more expansive shipping method. like ups. we will refund you only a part of the shipping you paid.
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a $3.00 restocking
fee Plus original postage (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a
non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or
defective products.
